The Phoenix Loyalty Program is a tiered members' rewards program designed to reward the members of Campsie RSL Club.
Entry into each level is based on points earned at the Club.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get into a level?
Simply use your Campsie RSL membership card whenever you make a purchase and insert your card into gaming machines as you play to earn Campsie Cash and Qualification Points. The more you use your card, the more points you will earn.
Can I spend my Qualification points?
No, members are only able to spend their Campsie Cash points. A qualification point is the running tally of points used to calculate which level you are in.
Do I use my Campsie RSL membership card inside or outside the club?
You will be using your Campsie RSL membership anytime you make a purchase inside the club, you will be using your Phoenix EFTPOS Card outside Campsie RSL only.
Will the spending of my Campsie Cash points affect my qualification points?
No. Members are encouraged to use their Campsie Cash Points throughout the venue. Spending your points will not affect your qualification at any time.
The qualification points for a level is a total of your points earned excluding promotions points won or awarded.
When do my points expire from my Campsie RSL membership card?
All bonus points will expire each year on December 31, with the exception of Platinum level members.
How do I know which level I am in?
When you have your membership card swiped by a staff member when making a purchase, your level will be shown on the screen. You can also see one of our friendly staff members for assistance.
Can I move up a level anytime?
Levels will be reviewed each month and members will be moved between levels according to their qualification points earned in the prior six (6) month period.
A member can move up to the next level by the 15th of the month or first working day after the 15th and remain in that level for the reminder of the qualification period, providing the required number of qualification points have been earned.
Can I still transfer my points onto the Phoenix EFTPOS card?
Yes. You may transfer your Campsie Cash onto the Phoenix EFTPOS card using the Phoenix EFTPOS kiosk. This will not affect your qualification points.
When do I drop a level?
Each member's eligibility is reviewed on a six (6) month basis. Between these months your level will be maintained and you will not be moved into a lower level.
